CraftBox was launching their subscription service and needed immediate visibility in a competitive paid search space. With a limited budget and aggressive ROAS targets, every dollar had to work. The goal was clear: build a scalable acquisition engine that could grow with the business.

🔍 Discovery

Analysed competitor ad copy, keyword gaps, and landing page experience. Set up conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager including micro-conversions for add-to-cart and checkout starts.

📋 Strategy

Built a tiered campaign structure: branded, non-branded high-intent, and discovery. Wrote 20+ ad variations with custom landing page matching for each ad group.

🎯 Execution

Launched with dayparting and audience layering. A/B tested responsive search ads and optimised bids using target CPA. Weekly iteration based on search term reports.
